SCFHC’s Mind Body & Heart Program offers support for your physical health, mental health, and substance abuse needs. Our expert medical and mental health professionals work as a team to ensure your success through a combination of classes and individual counseling. Our coordinated, holistic services include the entire family– newborns, children, adults, and seniors.
You can enroll in these services once you become a patient of SCFHC. We provide care for everyone regardless of insurance or their ability to pay.
