Behavioral Health
SCFHC is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This means we are certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
CCBHCs are intended to improve access to high-quality mental health and substance use disorder services, particularly for underserved and vulnerable populations.
South Central Family Center provides the following Behavioral Health Care Services:
- Individual, family, and group therapy
- General screening, diagnosis, and risk assessment
- Targeted Case Management
- Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of services and resources
- Advocating for the individual or family to ensure that their needs are met
- Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
- Treatment for severe and persistent mental illness
- Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling
- Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Psychiatric rehabilitation services
- Coordinated Care
- Transportation services
