South Central Family Health Center accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status.

Our federally funded health care program allows us to offer a wide range of services to patients through a sliding-fee scale; we also take most employment-based insurances.


South Central Family Health Center offers a sliding fee scale to all income eligible uninsured or under-insured patients based on annual household income for all of our services. The income guidelines and acceptable verification for the sliding fee are listed below. To obtain more information please contact Patient Services (323) 908-4214.

Medi-Cal Eligibility

SCFHC and HPFHC Managed Care Enrollers are available to assist our uninsured patients. They have been trained to help you understand the insurance plans, what they cover, and whether you qualify for them. They will also help you fill out the paperwork to enroll in a plan. We make every attempt to help patients find coverage.

If you are a current patient that requires non-emergency medical assistance outside of our stated hours, please call (323) 908-4200 to speak with our after-hours service.
