Richard A. Veloz, MPH, JD
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Veloz holds a JD and an MPH from UCLA. He has worked in the health industry for over 37 years and has been active force in the health management and policy field. He has held senior level positions in the Clinton Administration's Presidential Task Force on Health Care Reform, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and the LA Care Health Plan.

Mr. Ramos is a healthcare finance professional with more than 20 years experience. He is a member of the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County’s Finance Committee, the Healthcare LA IPA Finance Committee, and a past board member of Performing Tree. His prior experiences involved ensuring finance/operational systems were in place that support all business activities to meet targeted operating margins.

Ms. Filmardirossian has over 25 years of experience working with community health centers as a CEO, COO, and Clinic Administrator. Her diverse skills and background are a true asset for accomplishing goals/objectives of expanding programs and services to meet community health needs.
Jose Perez, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Perez has expansive knowledge as a practitioner and experience serving as CMO for 15 years at our sister clinic, Central City Community Health Center. He served as a volunteer for the Faculty Family Medicine Department at USC Keck School of Medicine, and participated as a fellow in the 7th cohort of the CHFC Health Care Leadership Fellowship. He has also served on the Clinical Advisory Group, CCALAC, American Academy of Family Practice, and California Academy of Family Practice.
